Monisha Mocasso McNeelyMy name is Monisha McNeely, known in the community as "MoCasso". I was born May 20, 1988, my art journey began when I was the age of four. Born and raised in San Diego, California, My relentless drive has fostered the birth of my very own art company, Exquisite Illusions.
I believe in the cultivation of dreams and the unconditional acceptance of one's self. I will continue to provide inspiration and visual therapy for the world to hold on to.

Kelvin Frazier, PhDBillboard recording artist, singer and songwriter Kelvin Frazier Ph.D is definitely not your typical artist. After graduating from M.I.T. (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) with a PhD in Physical Chemistry and deciding to teach Organic Chemistry as an Adjunct Professor Kelvin could never ignore his first love which is music.

Makeda "Dread" CheatomMakeda “Dread” Cheatom grew up in San Diego, CA and has dedicated her life to music, art,
culture and well being.
In 1971, she opened the first vegetarian restaurant and international cultural center in San
Diego, the world-famous, Prophet Vegetarian Restaurant. The Prophet collaborated with many
international health advocates like Dick Gregory and Dr Bronner. Makeda later met Bob Marley
and began her music career as a promoter...
James Spooner, Afropunk FounderJames Spooner is an accomplished tattoo artist (Monocle Tattoo), illustrator, and filmmaker. He directed the films White Lies, Black Sheep and the seminal documentaryAfro-Punk. Both films premiered at national and international film festivals, including Toronto International, and garnered various awards. James is also the founder of the AFRO-PUNK Festival, which currently boasts audiences over a hundred thousand around the world.
Spooner is currently finishing two graphic novels.
Rachel C. EvansRachel C. Evans presents Girl from Earth – a space exploration musical experience designed to bring the listener along for an intergalactic ride. Since childhood, she’s explored interests in the fusion of science, the arts and inspiration, and is delighted by her discovery of how these interests align with AfroFuturism. In addition to creating music, she provides curriculum development and tutoring services to students and families throughout the country and she’s a published journalist.

Jason ReevesJason Reeves is a Los Angeles based comic creator & owner/operator of the comic production studio 133art (133art.com).
Born in New Orleans, Jason graduated from the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) at the age of 16.
He has had been published by Devil’s Due Publishing, Marvel/Upperdeck, USA Today, Arch Enemy Ent., and Magnetic Press. Recently, his comic series OneNation was honored with the
2015 Glyph Rising Star & the Fan Favorite Awards.
Luis Martinez, MSOLLuis Martinez, MSOL is an Afro-Latino from Honduras and raised in Brooklyn, New York with an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership, Luis is an advocate, networker and ecosystem builder for Blacks, Latinos in tech & innovation throughout the United States and abroad.
A Former Pro Basketball Player and U.S. Navy Veteran, currently he is the Director for Startup Grind San Diego. Luis is also a startup founder. He is currently working on a platform to help non-profits solve pain points.
Andre OwensAndre Owens is the creator and writer of the Force Galaxia universe as well as many other graphic and film franchises.
As a former Director of Photography, Andre was ahead of his time in self-publishing in the new digital age. Wanting to control his own intellectual property he created Hiro Unlimted, a home for creators by a creator. Hiro Unlimited is now publishing multiple comics and the forthcoming webseries, The Psychedelic Detective.
Andre has been a featured speaker at San Diego Comic Con.
